I Want To Get My Own Mastercard

I want to get my own mastercard ,and I also want to know about how much do you have to pay monthly because im looking for a credit card or gold card wich you dont have  to pay monthly .Also I want to know if you can apply online and get your credit card ,mastercard or goldcard whichever you dont have to pay monthly.Please let me know about these quetions .I want to get one !!!.
