I Need Help. I Am Not A Member Presently And I Want My Profile Off Your Website

I have tried to click the "hide my profile" button as well as email you.....I cancelled my  subscription.  Why is my profile still up?  I find it to rather alarming that my profile has been on line for a month after I requested it to be removed.  This is privacy issue and it is serious business.
