How To Tell If The Problem Is The Tv Or Mediacom
Of several TVs I have that have digital converter boxes, one of them constantly gives me a notice that it cannot detect a signal. This only is usually on channels lower than Channel 22. How can i tell if it's the TV or the cable connection?

If it is only happening on one box and only on certain channels then the issue may be with either the box or the cable outlet. If you would like to send me an email with your phone number or account number I can take a look at it and assist in getting this resolved.
