How Do I Get Cd's To Play?

I put in a CD and press play. It spins for a short while then stops. I'm sure it is something simple I'm not doing just need a little help. Thanks!

Hi, I'm Gabriella from the Memorex Product Support Department. I apologize for the inconvenience you're having with our product, and I'll do my best to help you.

Please verify that the Function switch is on the Aux/CD position and with a CD inside the unit, please press the Play/Pause button and the total tracks on the disc will
appear in the display.

If you're not getting the total track amount on the display of the unit, please try to play a different disc.

f this doesn't work, I'll be happy to verify the warranty of your product. To better assist you, please contact us at 1-877-363-6673 with your reference#734843 and the following information:

- Model# (It should  be at the back or bottom of the unit, starts with letter M)

- Serial# (It should  be at the back or bottom of the unit, under the bar code, it's a 12 digit code and starts with 0)
