The Headlights On My 2004 Galant Will Not Turn Off When The Ignition Is Off.

I turn off the ignition the lights come back on after a few seconds. At first they would blink, now they stay on continuously. If I open the door, they will turn off but, they come back on a few seconds after I shut the door again. They come back on immediatly when I use the remote lock. Why is this happening?
