Transaction Succeed But Money Didn't Went In Bank

hi, my name is Chaoran Qi and I did a transaction from my account by selling my amazon stocks. however the transaction did succeed but the money didn't went into my chase account, I already left USA and changed my phone number to Chinese phone number which I believe that I might missed some calls from you guys. My new phone number in China please contact me at your earliest convenience.
