Android Update Fail
There is a guide on motorola.com how to update from android 1.5 to 2.1 but at step 4 when it opens a new tab on browser(https://globalrepairtools.motorola.com) it stops at checking for software updates. I waited 2 hours but nothing happened then i started it again and waited an hour but nothing happened again. What should i do?

I do not have an Android however I have had this problem with my Iphone and have found that turning off the phone and turning it back on always helps because it reboots the phone. If that does`nt work try clearing the cache this has been said to work as well. If neither of those work trying going to the soure and calling your phone company, they have some really great phone techs. that can fix this problem in a heartbeat because they have a lot of knowledege when it comes to phone problems.
