Phone Will Not Let Caller Hear Me Only When On Speaker Mode

Usually this happens if the phone detected that headset/earphone are inserted even if they are not there, check if the headset icon is not on the phone screen.
Try this: insert earphones and restart the phone.
Use compressed air to blow out the headphone port
