1. Check the video connection: Ensure that the video cable (such as HDMI or AV) is securely connected between the Naxa NT-4901K and the device you are trying to display from. Make sure both ends of the cable are firmly plugged in.
2. Verify the input source: On the Naxa NT-4901K, use the remote control or the buttons on the TV itself to cycle through the available input sources. Ensure that you have selected the correct input source that matches the device you are trying to display from.
3. Test a different device and cable: If possible, try connecting a different device (such as a DVD player or another console) using a different cable to rule out any potential issues with the original device or cable.
4. Adjust display settings: On the Naxa NT-4901K, access the settings menu and check the display settings. Ensure that the brightness, contrast, and other settings are configured properly. You can also try resetting the display settings to their default values.
5. Update firmware: Visit the Naxa website or check the user manual to see if there are any available firmware updates for your specific model. If so, follow the instructions to update the firmware, as it may help resolve any software-related issues.
6. Perform a factory reset: If none of the above steps work, you can try performing a factory reset on the Naxa NT-4901K. Keep in mind that this will reset all settings to their default values, so make sure to back up any important data before proceeding.
If the problem persists after trying these steps, I recommend reaching out to Naxa customer support or consulting with a professional technician who can further diagnose and resolve the issue.

Check that the power and installation connections are secure and properly inserted.
Check that the input source is turned on and operating correctly. This includes external devices like cable boxes, video game consoles, laptops, and streaming devices.
Check that the yellow cable, which is responsible for displaying a picture, is not loose. If it is loose, fix it and check if the problem is fixed. If there is still no picture, then the cable is damaged and needs to be replaced.
Unplug the TV from the wall and wait for 60 seconds.
Plug the TV back in and check for a picture.
Cycle through the sources on the TV.
Change the channel or select different inputs on the TV.
Unplug any devices you have connected to the TV and then plug them back in.
Turn the TV back on and turn on one or more of your devices.
