Cancelled Service
I called back in December of 2014 to have service cancelled on a phone that I no longer have. I spoke with someone that assured me the withdrawals from my checking account would stop. in January you took account again I called I was told it would be stopped and put back. February same thing now March you have again taken from my account. who do I need to call to get this money returned to me that you have taken?

There must be a faulty on their system you must call them again, 1-877-836-2368 and you can request a refund on the very same number given.
