The transfer process is simple and easy. You will need to have both phones with you during the process. If you wish to keep the same phone number, the old phone must remain active. Do not attempt to activate the new phone so Net 10 can successfully transfer the number. You may choose to log on to www.net10.com and select the "Activate" button then "Transfer my existing NET10 service." Or, contact customer care at 1-877-836-2368 to speak with a representative. Net hotline number is open from 8:00AM to 10:45PM EST, Monday to Sunday
