had my laptop cleaned and now netflix wont play properly. the movies sound and looks like it skips. how do i fix it.

Hello there! I have a few ideas on why it could be running slow and buggy.

Update your Adobe flash player.
Update your Graphic card drivers for your PC
Update Java Plugin

Is Netflix the only thing that doesn't work properly? If you have issues with other things, you should take your computer back to the place that cleaned it. They may not have plugged your logic board back in properly.
