Why Can't Nz Get Me Connected To Internet With Windows 10?
Bought two HP's, ProBook + Elite desktop, with Windows 10 Pro installed.....not realizing neither had port for telephone line. Net Zero supplied this old dialup client with Conexant USB cx93010 ACF Modem that dials access numbers but cannot connect. Please don't suggest I give up my dial-up. I NEED to fix this!! I can't even download user manuals because I cannot get online (except with this crappy Dell and dying XP). Net Zero's techies have been liberal with the advice but I still cannot get online with my new computers purchased on sale over 4th of July closeout. Surely I am not alone in this.

The problem is that the CX93010 isn't compatible with Windows 10. I recommend buying a Zoom 3095 USB modem which is compatible with Windows 10. Windows 10 drivers are available from the manufacturer's website.
