Darkened Evf With Light Showing Around Edges
Hello, I have had several of Nikon Coolpix cameras just about everything from the l840 all the way up to the p1000. I'm currently using a Coolpix p610. Cameras function fine and this morning I went to take a couple pictures and when I looked through the viewfinder not only does it appear to be further away than it was before, but I'm getting horrible contrast problems, any picture that's even halfway dark isn't even viewable through the viewfinder, only super bright photos are and even they're annoying because as I said it's almost as if the element changed positions inside the camera. Bought it brand new but from a private person so I doubt Nikon will honor the warranty. Just wondered if you knew anything about it or anything I could do to fix it. Thank you very much for your time
