Problem On My Electrical(ecm) And Wiring.

since i change the black key security sourounding the key? hav been xperiencing , raising-up after been heated...but when i engage to drive, the steering will start vibrating.....and its not like that before the change but some one firstly change the brain-box thinking it was the problem.....but they hav return the initial brain-box to it. but now if i start-up and engage to drive it will start vibrating.......please what can i do am seriously tired.......
