Service

My 2006 nissan altima had a problem cranking .....on the first turn over it wasn't cranking but on the 2nd turn over it cranked. So i took it to nissan and was told i had the old style crank shaft and cam and crank sensor so i told them why didnt i hear of a recall (got no answer). so of course i got it replaced but its still doing the same thing. I took it back twice since having it replaced and all they tell me is that they cant duplicate the problem. I just came off a week long trip in tampa and it did it the whole trip and i have people to prove it. My question is what else is there that i can do to have nissan fix this problem? (im not paying a cent more!!!)
