Vehicle Information Display Reset

just bought a 2012 altima. There are 3 settings about gas mileage in the vehicle information display system. The manuals and videos say that they display information since the last reset. No where does it say how to reset. I thought it might be the trip odemeter but that didn't do it. Suggestions?
