Need Phone # Of On Board Photo Company??
We purchased a photo CD of all pictures taken during our Epic Cruise March 19-26, 2011. When we returned home & viewed photos of both cd's that were handed to me NONE of the pictures were of our family. NCL is stating that it's not their problem, they can't help we have to contact Image Desktop via e-mail only. Does any know how long do they keep the photos after a cruise is completed??? We sent the e-mail to photo co & NCL corporate with no response as of yet(3 days).
