Can't Install Drivers On Windows 7 Computer.
I bought a new Oki b411d computer and the install drivers wizard does not srart. I followed the directions carefully and even tried a new CD from another Oki b411d computer that we purchased 2 weeks ago which installed perfectly. What do I do now? Should I return the computer to Staples? I am very disappointed. Fred
