1996 Olds 88. Fuse 8d, What Is On It

I determined that fuse 8D was shorting. Panel shows only RADIO. after pulling fuse, POWER WINDOWS did not work. What else is on that circuit. Something on 8D is draining the battery at night.

According to the manual the radio is the only thing on 8d. Unless you have a short circuit the radio in the off state should not pull your battery down.
