No Power Just Clicking Noise On The Power Bored

The clicking noise stops when I unplug the HDMI board the black cable that has five wires from the power board to the HDMI bored also tried unhooking all connections and just plugging in HDMI bored to the power supply and still clicks can you help me out what do I need to replace thank you
