How To Update My Onkyo Ht R393 Recievier

To update the firmware on your Onkyo HT-R393 receiver, you will need a USB flash drive and a computer.
Download the latest firmware from the Onkyo website.
Unzip the firmware file on your computer.
Copy all of the unzipped files and folders to the root folder of the USB flash drive.
Connect the USB flash drive to the USB port on the back of the receiver.
Turn on the receiver.
Press the HOME button on the remote control.
Select Setup > 10. Hardware > Update via USB.
Press the ENTER button.
The receiver will start the firmware update process.
Once the update is complete, the receiver will restart.
Here are some additional things to keep in mind when updating the firmware on your Onkyo HT-R393 receiver:
Make sure that the USB flash drive is formatted in FAT32.
Do not remove the USB flash drive from the receiver during the update process.
If the update fails, try restarting the receiver and then retrying the update.
If you are still having problems updating the firmware, you can contact Onkyo support for assistance.
