Buy Wiring, And Really Simple Instructions For Set Up

I had an Onkyo HT-R510 AV Receiver given to me. I have NO idea how to set it up, and don't know what I need to put it into operation, I'm ok with buying the COMPLETE wiring for the entire system. I live in an apartment, and probably won't use every speaker. NOT important what is "I'm ignorant about such things, but would like to just buy all of the wiring, and really basic instructions for dummies.
