'software Updated Needed' For Onkyo Tx Ds989.

Dears,I sent my AV receiver to the oficial agent in Portugal with the above problem and they sent me the receiver with no more this information in the display but now without sound signal in the speakers.They told me that the device needed to replace a card and that Onkyo no more have it. This receiver didn't worked 100 hours and in fact I don't realize if they burned a card because the only thing that I know is that in the display was showing: Software update requested".Can you help me to find a solution and can you confirm if this agent did something wrong and burned a card inside the device when they tried to fix this software update?

Its an onkyo product so those are responsible for its repair and spares as well. Do one thing please go ahead and raise a complaint on twitter and other social media channels and also tag onkyo in that this had happened with you when you tried to fix this issue. it will surely work because their is no strong solution available for this problem because its a hardware problem.
