Hi,

the password its device is refering to would be the one you would use to log into the program or if you created a security timer .

  • if you dont recall either .. press into remote : Right-Left-Down-Up into the remote
  • or try entering default passcode : 2468 or 8642
these are known ways to resolve if those should fail .. id recommend contact optoma directly : 888-289-6786
