Electric Skiller Sticking Problem

Nearly everything I cook in my Oster CKSTSKRM16 skillet sticks to the bottom of the pan. I've tried cooking spray, vegetable oil, even butter/margarine, but nothing seems to help keep the food from sticking. Am I doing something wrong?
