Monthly Installment Pymt Of $138 Became $550 This Month. Why And What To Do?
we pay equal monthly installments on our annual service billl. For past year it has been $138. This month the amount due was $520 and has overdrawn bank acct. We don't have the additional $400. How do we rectify? Customer service does not pick up. We wonder if this is a billing error or if we need to reup for installments? Can't figure out without contact from a rep.
