Are A/c Units Similar To An Automobile In That You Can Charge With Freon?
Panasonic Room Air Conditioner Model No. CW-XC103VU stored in basement for last 3 years, and now it blows only as if its a fan. It never kicks on cold air to bring the room temp down. I hear it might need freon charge.
