How Do I Get Channels On This Television And A Picture?

If the model number you provided is correct you have purchased a display and not a television which would need an external antenna and most likely some sort of external tuner. You would need to purchase either a home theater system with a tuner or a VCR/DVD recorder (I only know of one that is made) with a built in tuner to be able to recieve and change channels to your display.
