Dvd Made On Computer, Wont Play .it Says; Incompatible To Tv System Settings

i was having the same problem. in the conversion program you have ( i use winavi), there is an option to set the format for the region you live in. i had originally set it to PAL, which is for europe, i changed it to NTSC, for United States and i can now view my dvd +R's on my magnavox dvd player.
