It seems like your Philips Docking Station DC290/37 is experiencing a technical issue. The blinking codes and behavior you've described could indicate a problem with the device's internal electronics or software. The codes you've mentioned (v9 and 0505) might correspond to specific error conditions or diagnostics.

Here's what you can do:

1. **Reset the Device:** Try unplugging the docking station from power for a few minutes and then plugging it back in. This can sometimes help reset any internal issues.

2. **Check the Manual:** Refer to the product manual to see if it provides any information about the blinking codes you're seeing. It might offer troubleshooting steps or explanations for those codes.

3. **Contact Customer Support:** If the issue persists, it's a good idea to contact Philips customer support. They should be able to provide more specific guidance based on the blinking codes and behavior you're experiencing.

4. **Professional Repair:** If the device is still under warranty or if you're comfortable with electronics, you might consider taking it to an authorized service center for diagnosis and repair.

Remember, since I don't have access to real-time data, my advice might not cover the most recent developments. If in doubt, contacting Philips customer support or a professional technician is the best course of action.
