Cant Make Or Receive Calls.

I just installed a new Pioneer DEH-6400BT and i pair it with my Iphone 4'S. I can hear music thru it but when im making a call or receive one it doent let me use the hands free set. I can see the option on my phone but every time that i press on it it jump back to the Iphone option. Any Ideas ???
