When Bluetooth Connects Shuts My Phone Off

when bluetooth connects it shuts off my phonethen phone comes back on and connects then shuts off again

When the phone shuts off everytime the bt is turned on indicates a problem with the bluetooth software stack in the phone. The phone shuts off to recover from a fatal error.
