Worcester,mass. Location Will Not Let Me Cancel My Membership.

Send a certified letter to that location. There is no gym listed for Worcester, so your gym is likely not in the town proper; you'll have to determine the address either by using a resource like your local yellow pages or by going there.
If necessary complain to the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs, at 617-973-8700.
