Unreliable Internet Connectivity

I have had very bad luck with the Internet connection at the Goffstown, NH facility. After a number of visits where the connection was down( Black card holder) , I finally had enough and questioned desk personnel whether they had any knowledge it was in fact not functional. The answer I received was that they were unable to connect either. This is ridiculous that no one ever verifies one of their "features" is functional or not. I had to force the desk person to call the manager who in turn called the Internet Provider who said they can't do anything until tomorrow. Isn't there some shift change handshaking done to see that all parts of the facility is clean and functional? Management is supposed to manage....which means all aspects of the club.......
