My Bank Account Was Hacked.

My bank account was hacked. Right before this happened, I changed from paying by the month to a yearly subscription. Now I am getting emails (every day) wanting information on my account. I have a new debit card, but that shouldn't matter if I have paid for a year. According to my bank statement the yearly fee was taken out on 3/14/2016. I am afraid I am getting charged twice because before I had it taken out of my account automatically.
