is there any other way apart from email to contact these like a phone number as they have took money off me and then frozen my account i have emailed them all day yesterday and the same today with no reply i made my first deposit yesterday and entered wrong amount now i feel as if i am been fobbed off and will not receive my money off them as there is no way to chat to anyone either

Refunds on their site are only possible for Play Money purchases paid with GooglePlay, VISA or Mastercard. Any other payment method is non-refundable.

If you purchased the chips via the Apple Store, we suggest that you contact them directly for further assistance: Apple Support

It seems there is not any telephone support. If you don't or can't get a response then I suggest you contact your payment institute for assistance to file a dispute of the charge(s).
