How Do I Get My Account Back Since Your So Called Technical Difficulties

1.  u have my user name wrong  2) u have my email wrong   3) you have my chip account wrong   4) I have never got the chips from the other 3 times  when there was problems with your system   4) everytime I leave the site I have to download all over again that is bs even if it isn't my account its the one u put me on since the tech. difficulties   5) I feel you should start me out with no less than 2million chips, more would be nice but 2 million is what I have lost out on in the past 7 yrs  due to your TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES
