What Is Draining My Battery?

Something is draining my 2005 Pontiac Sunfire battery. Check the fuses and found that when I removed the cluster panel fuse the light on my tester dimmed and the dashboard clicking noise stopped. When I removed the right headlamp fuse the light on the tester shut off completely. The fuses themselves look fine. Does anyone know what is causing the problem? Should I just replace the fuses and see if that corrects it or is there something else wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
