2909 Torrent Capable Of Towing Rv Trailer

Would our 2009 Torrent 4.3l fwd tow a 21 ft rv trailer single axle weighing 3100 lbs empty with ease??? Would we need to do anything with  the Torrent to make it able to do the tow...?
