After Given Credit Card Info To Secure Rt Ticket The Site Closed Did I Purchase?

real live agent placed an order today for a RT ticket from ORD - SAN departing 4-10-15 Return 4-18-15 the total cost was $410.23 after filling my credit card information The site shut down on me I have not received an email confirmation nor has the transaction processed thru my bank so I will try o re_process if I cannot get the price again can you make good on the price, it is also very difficult to talk with a live agent I feel that you're company is large enough to have available customer service for your client's.

We don't have access to your Priceline account here. To be sure about the status of the transaction, you should call 888-837-3774. If the site shut down in progress, they should honor the price.
