How To Upgrade/ Change Hotels?

booked hotel at airport location in New Orleans would like to get a hotel closer to Canal Street, what is the process

You will have to cancel the old hotel and reserve a new one. If you did a NYOP, you will not get a refund for the first hotel. If you want to get out of this, be very nice and call 888-837-3774 or 877-850-9658.
