Magic Eraser Original On Acrylic Or Fiberglass Tub Showers?

We have a dirt stained one piece tub/ shower that is acrylic or fiberglass. Can we use magic eraser which I. Have, or do we need to by the bathroom product? Also, what is the active ingredient in the product ? ( not on box) is it ok to use on refrigerator gaskets or will it degrade the rubber?
