What Does The Message [ol-233-a] Mean -when I Export From Bank I Get The Msg

my bank has just changed its security system - their info tells me to deactivate my accounts - and the steps to reopen- when i export the data from my accounts i get the msg Sorry we encourted an error (it's not your fault) so what can I do -- also I have seen {OL-233_A] whatever that means Thanks
