I Need Assistance In Designing An Invoice For Our Business.

I need to know how to make the P.O. Number box on the form larger to accept more characters as one company we do business for has very long PO numbers. I also want to delete the message box at the bottom and title it TERMS: Net 30 days and I want it to show that on every invoice I send out.
