It Has Stopped Working For Me And I Need It Now!

Quicken asked me to upgrade which I supposedly did and now it won't work on my computer and I have an IMMEDIATE NEED for their check services!

First Uninstall old version from computer for that first let me know which os you use mac os or windows?If you are using windows then you can uninstall it from start menu control panel ->add remove program then uninstall it then reinstall it from source.
