What Happened To My Phone?

On Wednesday, July 11th I called in response to a message that I should contact RCN regarding a program to upgrade my phone service to digital. And I did. The service representative took down my identification, etc. and told me that I had been successfully switched over. This is now the third day that I havehad NO phone service. NONE!
