Ipad Version Of Readers Digest Isn't Working For Me.
I paid for the Readers Digest iPad version. I put in the username and password. The interactive links don't work. I can only scroll down a table of contents page and none of the links work, so I cannot view the magazine.

My name is Sylvie and I work for Reader’s Digest in Customer Care. I just came across your post and I’m sorry to read that you are unable to view the magazine on your iPad.
I would first suggest that you delete the app and reinstall it. You should then restore all purchases using the gear icon in the upper right corner.
You should also check to see if you are running iOS v5 or later. If not, I would suggest that you update it.
If you are still unable to view the magazine properly, please call our digital support team at 1-877-342-4775. One of our agents will be most happy to go over the process with you so that you can read the magazine as it should.
