Issues With Movie Return
Hi, My name is Allison Davis and I use your Red Box at your Stripes location(4317 Andrews Hwy, Midland, TX 79703) all the time. Last night I returned twoMovies. Limitless (transaction # 1252037192) and Insiduous. Insiduous got jammed up in the machine and said that it needed to be reentered but the machine didn’t spit it back out to reenter it. I returned both movies last night 8/21/2011 at approx. 10:20pm. But my email only showed one being returned successfully. Could you please check in to this for me?
