Refund On Game Rental
I tried to rent a game and i was not able to rent it and IT WENT BACK inside the machine and i was charged for the game i did not rent .
then I tried it again and it it was the wrong game

Sorry to hear about the problem with the rental. If a disc is not taken within 10-15 seconds, it will go back into the kiosk as a security feature. You may still see a pending charge for the rental, but the funds should be credited back to the card within 3-5 business days.
